Free shipping on orders over $75, because loyalty deserves to be rewarded — and your family didn't cross 90 miles just to pay shipping fees.

Orders ship within 7 days. We're not rushing, you're not rushing — this isn't a three-minute cafecito, some things just take the time they take. Once it leaves our hands, USPS takes over, and you'll have it in 2-5 days. Track it every hour like you're watching the football game, or ignore it completely until it shows up at your door. We support both approaches equally.

Look, we want you to love your Chispa. If something arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong — that's on us, no drama, no runaround. Here's the deal:

•       Got something damaged or defective? Full refund. No questions asked. We said what we said.

•       You have 30 days from purchase to let us know — don't wait until the next family reunion to bring it up.

•       Item needs to be unused and in the condition you received it.

•       Email us at support@chispa.store — real humans, real responses, no bots, no scripts. We actually read these.
